Chief Financial Officer

Tiffany Richards has served as Big Red F's one and only Chief Financial Officer since 2010, finding joy in working alongside people who passionately pursue the arts of food, beverage, and service. She earned her restaurant stripes leading shifts at a local frozen yogurt shop in the 1980s, then spent years at Noodles & Company holding several roles including Vice President of Finance as the brand grew from 25 to 125 restaurants. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Denver, Tiffany passed the CPA exam on her first try and spent several years in tax and audit work before bringing her talents to BRF. Today, she's dedicated to helping others build confidence with numbers turning financial information into practical tools for better decisions, stronger teams, and healthier restaurants.
